How do we make models and jewelry?
After the image is approved we then “grow” the solid wax model on a rapid-prototyping machine. All this is done (in house) with the industry’s best detail. Upon inspection, any design or size changes can be made prior to finishing the model… saving you time and money.
The model is then ready for the casting process. We use precise digitally controlled electric burnout ovens. We will pre-finish your casting. If your jewelry design calls for multiple pieces or two tones the goldsmith or platinumsmiths will assemble and prepare the piece for the setter. If you supplied your own stones we will have them set in the correct manner. If you ordered stones from us, we set those in an exquisite manner. The jewelry is now ready for the finisher, probably the most important process of all. This is the final important job of making it shine to perfection before we present it to you.
